9:30 Forum  (downstairs) ~  Namoli Brennet
nb
Namoli Brennet will be speaking about her life and her music. Namoli is a singer songwriter and a transgender woman who began her transition while working as music director at a church that was ultimately forced to fire her. She’s a breathtaking and moving performer whose gritty, honest folk and unconventional guitar playing has attracted a large and extremely loyal fanbase.

In addition to the forum presentation, she’ll perform for the congregation during service and at an afternoon concert in advance of November’s Transgender Day of Remembrance.
