Our Medievals class has been engaged in social justice work this year, tackling issues such as poverty, animal rights, advocacy/support for refugees, and the environment. For their end of year project, they chose to purchase and plant a dogwood (native to our area) on our church grounds. Green thumb (and all around superstar) Dave Benn led the class, and was an invaluable source of wisdom throughout the process.

Many thanks to Dave, and to the entire Medievals class for their compassionate work this year!
