11:00 Service ~ Quest for Waters of Life: A Water In-gathering Multigenerational Service
Please bring a small quantity of water that will be added to a common bowl representing the diversity and unity of our UUCC community. As individuals contribute the water, each person, one by one, will name the place of his/her birth or the place of heritage. Please note the change from speaking of summer travels. The water is then blessed by the congregation, later boiled, and used in child dedication ceremonies and similar events.
