Budae Jjigae (Army-Base Stew) – Korean fusion stew that incorporates American style processed food such as spam, sausages, canned baked beans & sliced cheese, with 2 Korean side dishes made by Gale Audier: Mul-naengmyeon (cold noodles in chilled broth) & Bibimguksu (spicy mixed noodles).
