Slow-Cooker Butter Chicken
It’s summer and keeping the kitchen cool is a must – let’s bring out the slow cooker. This recipe, courtesy of the New York Times, sounds divine with coconut milk,
ginger, lime, and garam masala. We’ll eat it with a side of Basmati rice, and naan. Maybe we’ll get lucky and enjoy some mango lassis!
